Manor support provides supported living for adults with a wide range of different diagnosis including but not limited to mental health , physical disabilities and dementia. Our approach is person centred and holistic, and recognises the individuality of each person with our support provision designed to promote choice and control.
We provide 24/7 support/care and accommodation in the community with smaller occupancy which affords a homelike environment and enables service users to achieve their goals one step at a time. Service users are supported to develop their independence and build confidence undertaking all Activities of daily living.
Manor Support provides supported living (Housing with support) to individuals with support needs in around Windsor and Maidenhead, Slough, Bracknell, Surrey and the wider London area. Our commitment is to enable the empowerment of service users to develop their daily living skills ensuring their wellbeing and welfare are safeguarded.
We believe that supported living should be a transitional service between residential support and complete independent living where individuals can build on their skills required to further develop themselves to achieve a greater level of independence.
Service users can then move to their own flats and be supported by our outreach services if that is what they so wish.
Our supported living schemes include single occupancy where individuals may have their own home and require 24/7 support or a group of individuals living together in a house. Service users are supported to understand and sign their tenancy agreements, and we ensure the landlord provide a service user tenancy guide for all tenants.
If for any reason service user is not happy with the service they are receiving, they can at any time commission services from a different provider whilst remaining within the same property. We actively support service users in their relationship with the landlord.
Our care delivery is provided by team of competent, fully trained and experienced support staff with ongoing, passionate and forward thinking managerial presence at all times in the service units.
