Experience: 

Emmanuel has a vast experience working within the care sector with individuals diagnosed with learning disabilities and autism, mental health issues, dual diagnoses as well as other comobidities. He has worked his way from being a support worker to management  in various capacities  in reputable organisations and over the years, has gained significant experience with; 

  • The tracking and management of health data and has a solid relationship with Local Health and Social Care Agencies.
  •  Strong communication abilities, working in partnership with service users and staff to determine care needs and adept at implementing programmes focused on service user’s needs.
  • Ensuring availability of professional services and match to service users with appropriate services.
  • Preparation of weekly reports on service user progress and maintaining records of all facility activities.
  • Preparation of staff schedule ensuring that shifts are covered,resolving staff and service user issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining and updating of service user records, coordinating with other managers to develop inclusive/cohesive facility operation plan.
  • Developed database for individual service user support plans, reviewed monthly budgets and allocated staffing resources.
  • Evaluating staff performance, providing regular feedback and ensuring service user safety standards are upheld.
