Our community care provision aims to make a positive difference to everyday lives enabling individuals to maximise the opportunities available to them, and are tailored to meet service user’s needs.
We are able to provide daily visits to any service users in their home assisting them with day to day needs.
We offer flexible support such as working alongside family carers and respite care to individuals in need of a minimum of two hours support at any one time.
Our support centres around the need for social inclusion such that service users are supported with education and training, employment, establish meaningful relationships and friendships and enjoy leisure activities.
